Selena Gomez opens up about new, edgy film role
HollywoodNews.com: Selena Gomez isn’t playing a good girl in her upcoming film, ‘Spring Breakers,’ and now she is opening up about what fans can expect with the change of character she’ll be taking on.
Gomez recently revealed that her role will be a little edgier although not the craziest in the film, states E! News. “She’s the little more tamed down character but also still gets a little crazy here and there. She goes on spring break with her girlfriends and they end up getting into a whole mess of things,” Gomez commented, adding that they end up in jail.
And it seems that even though the role is more adult, it’s exactly what she wanted: “It’s a little edgy, but it’s fun. I fought for that role.”
