ROCKY POINT MEXICO

Rocky Point Mexico is one of the premier spots to visit today. It is situated only
45 minutes south of the border and has one of the most laid back attitudes anywhere.

Puerto Penasco is the official name and was recently on Househunters International. They
soon will have a cruise ship situated on Puerto Penasco and also you will be able to fly
into their international airport.

From Tucson, Rocky Point is only 3.5 hours depending of course on how you drive. For me, it’s
3.5 hours, lol. I have come to enjoy the drive to beautiful Rocky Point and with each mile I get closer, the worries and stresses just melt away. It has become an escape for most of us, a place to unwind, relax, have a margarita or beer, watch the sunset and just flat out enjoy your toes in the sand.

Rocky Point has progressed into what it is today with many condos now occupying Sandy Beach and great restaurants everywhere. Whether you want a good taco in the Malecon or a sit down dinner, it has it all. Whether you stay in a condo or a hotel or in Las Conchas, Rocky Point has much to offer.

It is the jewel of the south for us southern Arizona folks and a place we will always cherish.
